Standards of Business Conduct and Declarations of Interest Policy – NHS North Durham CCG has a Standards of Business Conduct and Declarations of Interest Policy. The policy includes guidance about the CCG’s procurement process.  Anyone participating in the procurement process is required to declare any potential conflict of interest.

NHS North Durham CCG Register of Procurement Decisions and Conflicts of Interest – The CCG maintains a register of procurement decisions which includes a record of any such conflicts as appropriate.  The register is updated each time a procurement decision is made.  A hard copy of the register is available on request for inspection at the CCGs headquarters.
